Following the decision to relocate its headquarters, CBRE sought a contemporary open-plan office that reflects a modern, industrial aesthetic while aligning with the company’s core design principles. The workspace was designed to support a flexible and collaborative environment, featuring meeting rooms of various sizes, huddle booths, and dedicated silent rooms for focused work.
Key zones such as breakout areas, the waiting lounge, and the visitor pathway were distinguished through thoughtfully selected carpeting and spatial detailing. Dzone was engaged from the initial design phase through to the completion of construction, ensuring a cohesive and well-executed transformation from concept to reality.
