IFC Office

Tasked with reimagining IFC’s workplace, we developed a design that fosters a more social, welcoming, and efficient environment. The project centred on enhancing natural daylight, improving acoustic performance, and integrating greenery throughout the space. Client-facing areas were thoughtfully designed to reflect and reinforce the company’s culture. Private rooms were strategically placed along the building core, freeing the façade for open-plan workstations that benefit from maximum natural light.

These zones are supported by a series of kitchenettes, social hubs, and collaborative areas to encourage interaction and flexibility. An open ceiling concept, combined with partition-free façades, creates a sense of depth, perspective, and spatial openness—contributing to a dynamic and engaging office atmosphere.
