Office Fit-Out
As part of its relocation from the 16th to the 39th floor, Lexmark undertook a strategic reconfiguration of its office space, with a focus on reducing the floor area ratio to create a more open and spacious environment.
The design approach aimed to enhance the sense of interior volume and openness. Enclosed rooms were partially glazed to introduce greater transparency, encouraging visual connectivity while maintaining necessary levels of privacy.
To subtly reflect Lexmark’s core business, colouredglazing was incorporated along the main corridor, an abstract nod to the vibrant hues of printed copies. This thoughtful detail adds character to the workspace while reinforcing brand identity in a refined and understated way.
