Multi İstanbul Office

Following its decision to relocate to River Plaza, real estate company Multicommissioned Dzone to design its new headquarters. The design concept focused on creating a functional and connected workspace by positioning departments in close proximity totheir respective managers, fostering collaboration and operational efficiency.

Private offices and enclosed rooms were arranged around the building’s central core, while open-plan workstations were placed along the façade to maximize access to natural daylight and views. Circulation routes were clearly defined through the strategic use of cove lighting on both floors and ceilings, enhancing spatial orientation and visual clarity throughout the space.

The reception area was conceived as a seamless extension of the open workspace, reinforcing a sense of transparency and cohesion. A flexible hot desk zone was integrated with a semi-open meeting room, allowing the two areas to function independently or combine into a larger meeting space as needed—supporting both individual focus and group collaboration.
