Dzone was entrusted with leading the change management process for Sanofi’s transition to an agile office model at Levent 193. While the fourth floor was planned for handover to the landlord, the remaining floors were set to undergo renovation.Our role was to fully understand Sanofi’s needs, guide employees through the transition, and facilitate adaptation to the new agile work environment. This included conducting one-on-one meetings with directors, organizing a county council session, leading a change champion workshop, and preparing department adjacency plans. Additionally, we held engagement events such as change parties and detox days to foster a positive and seamless transition for all employees.
