Office Change Management
At Sisecam, Diem initiated a user-centric change management process prior to the design phase to explore evolving work habits and employee expectations. Through this process, key insights emerged, highlighting a strong demand for quiet zones, flexible workstations, and spaces that foster both individual focus and team collaboration.
Employee preferences included modular furniture, enhanced acoustics, abundant greenery, improved indoor air quality, and social areas that are both engaging and calming. These findings informed the design direction, resulting in a workspace that is healthier, more adaptable, and inspiring for all users.
