Şişecam Office

Şişecamundertook a comprehensive renovation of its offices and open spaces—totallingapproximately 2,000 m²—at its Tuzla Campus, with the goal of fostering a more collaborative, open, and dynamic work environment.

The interior layout was strategically organized from public to private zones, addressing acoustic challenges through careful spatial planning, construction detailing, and material selection.

The terrace and garden areas were reimagined as functional extensions of the office—flexible spaces designed to accommodate outdoor meetings, events, concerts, and social gatherings. The garden, formerly a parking lot, retained elements of its original layout; parking lines were subtly integrated into the new surface design to preserve continuity and minimize disruption.

Sustainability and cost-efficiency were achieved through the thoughtful reuse of existing materials, reinforcing Şişecam’scommitment to responsible design practices.
