Previously located on the Siemens campus, Sqills—formerly a Siemens partner—chose to relocate to a new space at TeknokentAtasehir, occupying half a floor with a total area of 350 m².One of the primary design challenges was the relatively low ceiling height, further constrained by a raised floor system that complicated the installation of floor finishes and electrical cable management. Situated on the 23rd floor, the space also lacked natural ventilation. To improve indoor air quality and user comfort while preserving maximum ceiling height, we implemented a discreet supply air ventilation system. Careful coordination with mechanical and electrical services allowed for an efficient layout that did not compromise the overall design aesthetic or functionality.

To cultivate a calm and welcoming atmosphere, we introduced greenery through plants and green walls, complemented by natural-looking materials. These elements were balanced with Sqills’ vibrant corporate coloursto maintain brand presence. Warm textures and thoughtfully chosen finishes contributed to a more inviting and human-centric work environment. Strategic lighting solutions further enhanced the space, supporting both well-being and productivity.
