Designed as a 24-hour collaborative workspace within the Technopark campus, the Co-Working Hub is positioned above a parking garage, with expansive views of the lake. The project aims to create a seamless spatial dialogue between the lake, the upper square, and the promenade through a transparent and fluid interior layout.

Landscape elements are extended along the building’s perimeter and woven into the interior, blurring the boundary between inside and out. Enclosed volumes—strategically rotated within the plan—define zones of focus and interaction. These angled forms serve as acoustic buffers while preserving visual continuity along the north-south axis.

The roof design responds directly to the internal spatial configuration, gently rising at the center to accommodate a bespokedouble-height volume beneath. This uplifted surface, interpreted as a free-flowing plane, is anchored by a central “pin mark” that not only connects the roof elements but also defines the main entrance—both materially and directionally.

Daylight filters through carefully placed celestial windows, lending a sense of depth and subtle orientation to the largely horizontal layout. On the opposite wing, an interior garden introduces verticality and natural light, enriching the spatial experience and reinforcing a connection to nature.
