Teknopark Incubation Center

Located within the R&D building of the Technopark Campus, the Technopark Incubation Centre spans 5,200 m² across four floors. Dzone was commissioned to design the interior, which includes a diverse range of functions: open and enclosed offices, an exhibition and event space, ateliers, laboratories, a library, and various supporting facilities.

The ground floor is designed as a flexible and dynamic workspace, offering a mix of alternative meeting rooms, event zones, and informal breakout areas. This level encourages interaction and adaptability, catering to the evolving needs of its users.

The upper floors feature a blend of open-plan and enclosed environments tailored to support start-up enterprises within the Technopark network. Each floor is defined by a unique colourtheme, aiding wayfinding and reinforcing the organizational structure of the space.

In the basement, specialized ateliers are dedicated to metalwork and electronic prototyping, supporting hands-on innovation and technical development.
