Office Change Management
Before commencing the design phase, Dzone led a comprehensive change management process, conducting interviews with staff and management to ensure the new workspace would align with both operational needs and employee expectations.The redesigned layout introduces a greater number of focused work areas, a daylight-filled breakout space, and noise-controlled zones—achieved through strategic enclosure and thoughtful material selection. A dedicated secretarial area was also incorporated, improving the efficiency of the shared office environment.The new design integrates seamlessly with the existing workspace, and construction was carefully scheduled over a single weekend to minimize disruption to daily operations.
