Residential Design
Dzone has developed a single family residential houses in Bath area. The residential building is dated back early 20th century. It required renovation and extension. In collaboration with Tom Burnford Architects, Dzone contributed to the technical design development of these masonry-framed buildings. While the main structures are masonry, the interiors were divided using timber frame systems.
Technical design package contained floor plans, wall plans, roof plans, foundation plans, electrical plans, sections, elevations, stairs, enlarged plans, 1/5 details, stair solutions and schedules.
Dzone Architects has experience on designing projects with different scales ranging from office interiors, commercial buildings, factories to residences.
